Orders

▾ Provide all needed references, info, & requests.
▾ Delivery times are estimated at 3 months at most.
▾ I have the right to refuse any commission.
Payment
⭐ [ Digital Art ] Payment is upfront after order is accepted.
⭐ [ 3D Art ] Payment is either upfront (Sculptures) or in stages (Models).
▾ USD payments are received via PayPal. ( If not ordered on VGen, Artistree, etc. )
▾ No refunds, UNLESS commission cannot be completed.
Process
▾ Please be open to communication if you expect to have a hand in the creation of your artwork. ( Skeb / Surprise-Style / Timeframe Commissions do not apply to this. )
▾ Assume that I do not work on your commission on weekends. ( I sometimes do, but only rarely! )

Artist Rights Retainment Agreement
▾ I, as the artist, retain any and all rights to any artwork I make.
▾ You only have the right to use the artwork for reasons outlined in my Terms of Service.
▾ Do not claim any of my art as your creation or attempt to profit from it without my explicit permission.
▾ Any breach of my TOS at any point will terminate your commission without a refund and you will be blacklisted.
By ordering from me you agree to both this agreement and the rest of my TOS.
